Required Documents to Transfer a Vehicle in Pennsylvania

Either buying or selling a vehicle can be a stressful experience. Buyers have the following thoughts: Is this the right one for me? How will I know if it has been maintained properly? Will it last for at least a couple years?

Sellers also have concerns, such as: Will the buyer show up? How long should I wait for my car to return from a test drive before panicking? Should I take a check from this guy?
