50 States, 50 sets of Department of Motor Vehicle rules. We don't profess to know all the nuances from every State, but we do have some pretty cool books (it's a thing with paper and printing on it that doesn't need electricity to work) that list quite a bit of the information we need to know to accept or decline work that is brought into our office.

Sellers also have concerns, such as: Will the buyer show up? How long should I wait for my car to return from a test drive before panicking? Should I take a check from this guy?
Here at ASC Title & Tags, we can't help you with any of those questions, so good luck with all the voices in your head. What we can do is help you execute a transfer. While there are many variables, these are the most common situations. Call to get clarification and additional information. Here are some of the different instances and what you need to bring.

Vehicle registration fees are used by the Commonwealth to help pay for road maintenance. The fees are broken down into types of vehicles such as Passenger Cars, Truck, Motorcycles, Motorhomes, Trailers. While all passenger cars are the same registration fee no matter the size and weight, truck registrations vary in costs and the fess depend upon weight, or potential weight. This makes sense since more weight on the roadways can create more wear on the roads. Here's the issue. If you aren't applying that weight to the road, why would you pay for it? You can if you want but if you are giving money away. If you insist on giving money away, just mail us any money you want to get rid of in small unmarked bills!

The first license plate we applied for was actually a passenger car vanity plate. Since we knew that if the replacement really worked, it would take 10 weeks to get a replacement. That's why we decided to replace a beat up trailer plate. That would be an easy one to have Penndot satisfy bcause all they had to do is grab a new one off the shelf.

You would have a new one handed to you and head to the back of the line, once again. Well, Pennsylvania isn't like that.

If your license plate bolts go into a metal insert, put a little grease on them so that they come out easily next time. OR....
